Image right :
If SalsaFuriosa
allows itself to diffuse these images on internet,
all the photos remain the property of the photographed persons
in their image right.
Every photographed person can get back its photos for their personal custom, and even to show them on another site (with if possible a link towards SalsaFuriosa, it would be great ;-) ).
On the other hand, any commercial use of these photos by any other than the ones present on the photos, is not wished because it requires the approval of the persons appearing on these.
Also, every person who does not wish that the image appears on the site SalsaFuriosa has the right to ask me to remove his/her photos, what I'll do as quickly as possible.
However, I did not receive refusal at the time I made the snapshots, and I tried to highlight the dancers, so I can consider that the assent of each in the disclosure and in the broadcasting of their image was tacit.
It does not prevent that if you dislike one or some of these photos, You can just ask to me at dejavu@salsafuriosa.com for removing it.
For those who want to know more about French right on Image right and tacit authorization (fr)
As I don't have the coordinates of all the persons photographed during the congress, if you recognize somebody, please do not hesitate to indicate him/her the site.
For any remarks, or suggestions, you can write at dejavu@salsafuriosa.com.
Do not hesitate to do it too for any mistake,
however I wish to say that I did this site for free between 20h and 3h in the morning!
then, a little of indulgence would be very appreciated! /-O
Comments on the site :
You can let comments without to have to log in or even to authentify oneself.
Then those comments worth legally as much as a grafitti.
However any offensive comments or with a wrong email will be deleted. I don't want to admin a forum with an heavy login/password system, so please do not misuse the comments on this site. I can create it, but I don't want to, there is already the great forum SalsaFrance that works perfectly for talking about Salsa and its news in Paris.
Thank you.
